Thanks for the pinged poem. It was very nice. I have one like that called; "The Old Orchard" let me know if you'd like me to send it your way.
Again, enjoyed yours.

I start in MS-Word, choose symbols, go to the second screen of symbols and there you'll find the copyright. Then I simply just cut and paste. Let me know if you need more help.
Nice to be your friend.

Friends? Of course we're friends. I am a friendly cowboy werewolf. And as King of La La Land, I declare you an honorary citizen. To welcome new friends I always offer up one of my poems at random, shall I go find you one?
Outlaw Love

She was in jail on the day I met her
Still can’t recall how I got her name
She was lonely and near broken
I guess we were pretty much the same
She wanted me to take her
And to somehow set her free
I just wanted to ride forever
To find a love to comfort me
We went up into the mountains
Above the prairies and the plains
I know I drove her crazy
While she was driving me insane
Our passions stole our hearts
And conquered all the sky
We never stopped to wonder
We never bothered to ask ‘why’
We were outlaws by trade
We were rogues by skill
We did what we had to
And when we had to – we killed
They chased us to the border
Into the streets of Durango
We let our pleasures distract us
As we danced a fast fandango
They shot me and they took her back
To the place she was before
Where once in solitude she lived
As an angel on the moor
Sometimes when she’s lying back
She sees my spirit in the sky above
And in the deepest portion of her heart
She remembers our outlaw love.

Hi Laura:
Congratulatons on the articles you've published. It will be fun to keep in touch.
How far along on your novel are you? Do you work with an outline or let the first draft kind of just flow out?

Hi:
Thanks for the invite. I'll add you to my friend's list.
I see you are a writer, as well. Have you written any novels? Published? Magazine articles?
My novel was just published through SynergEbooks. Eventually it will go into paperback. Right now I'm promoting it on-line.
How did I do it? I looked through a "Writer's Market Guide to Novel and Short Story" book and found SynergEbooks. At that time, I didn't know what an e-book was, so I investigated and researced the company. Then I sent in a query and the first two chapters. I was accepted. It took me awhile to sign the contract, but after learning that it was about the most flexible e-book contract around, I decided to go for it.
Check out my website: www.50frogs5babesandabulldog.com for details.
I had a ball writing it. Beings you describe yourself as crazy, you would like the book.

Laura,
Thanks so much for inviting me to your network! I did like your article on the make up at work, a little enhancement is just fine. We don't need to wear theater style make up! HA HA!!

Laura - I've taken a shot at your longer synopsis. I found most of it right on - but did a little cutting and editing. I cut down the long list of words that described the women's relationships - just to make it smoother and not bogged down - and eliminated the last sentence, which I thought didn't "add" a lot to the blurb. As long as the vultures you're talking about are human, my last phrase that I added might work. LOL. Let me know what you think? I'm sure we could go much further with this, but it's a start! See the edited synopsis in the body of the article on Synopses from a week ago last Sat. ;o) It's still spotlit on my home page if you need to find it quickly.
